Hi, I’m Theresa, owner and founder of The Old White House. I have been making, repurposing and living a handmade life since I was a kid, and believe that our best chance at a healthy life is to use products that are both created with ingredients that come from the earth and leave as small of a carbon footprint as possible.

My business began in Michigan, while I was on a journey to live a more sustainable and healthy lifestyle for both my family and our planet. After using my handmade eco friendly home care products for a while, I began taking them to local markets. In 2017 we moved to Washington, and I started selling my goods at Pike Place Market in Seattle, along with many local markets, it was at this time that I also shifted my focus to my self care products. The Comfort Wraps and Eye Pillows were such a hit at markets, that along with local markets, I started selling them wholesale, so that people everywhere could experience the comfort they bring. I now create all of my goods in my studio in Wenatchee, WA. alongside the beautiful Columbia River.

The focus, when I am creating each of my natural products, is to use ingredients that are safe for you, your family and our planet. Each one is made with the hope that from my hands to yours, they bring peace, relaxation and happiness to you as you use them.
